Now, we are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team.


About you


  • Master degree in law/international law.
  • English at C1-C2 level.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in international corporate, tax, IP and IT law.
  • Ability to analyze the legislation of foreign jurisdictions at a deep level and present the results of the analysis in a presentable form.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to plan work to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and ability to process large amount of information and summarise results.
  • Proactive, persistent, can generate ideas independently.

Responsibilities


  • Preparation and amendment of documents in English such as: license agreements, distribution agreements, recruitment and lease agreements, internal company policies, documents for corporate changes, etc.
  • Research of foreign jurisdictions' legislation in the field of cryptocurrency regulation and energy market, licensing and certification, tax liabilities and financial reporting, etc.
  • Control over registration of trademarks in various jurisdictions, preparing responses to oppositions, and counteracting the illegal use of the company's trademarks.
  • Incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions and their further legal support.
  • Opening accounts with banks, payment systems, and stock exchanges.
  • Conducting KYC on counterparties and maintaining a register of counterparties.
  • Maintaining a register of contracts, conducting the procedure of contract approval, organising the signing of contracts, their storage and other document flow.
  • Performing other legal tasks at the request of the Chief Legal Officer.
