VP of Growth will solely focus on increasing sales through growth strategies on current accounts, and conversion of prospects to new accounts. This includes establishing and managing sales processes and methodologies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Strategy:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy within the broader Hylaine Go To Market Strategy, to include prospecting and account management.
- Establishing sales goals and targets for each market and each Client Engagement team member.
- Preparing and overseeing sales budgets.
- Creating sales plans from market and industry data to make informed decisions.
- Partner with Practice Leadership and Marketing to align sales strategy with service line and industry growth strategy.
- Continuously improving and evaluating the performance and effectiveness of activities and creating a practice of continuous improvement.
Sales Management:
- Sales team: Leading and supervising the Client Engagement team, including recruiting, hiring, and training team members.
- Sales performance: Help define and drive the sales process. Track sales performance and analytics within Salesforce, and providing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Assigning sales territories and / or industries to Client Engagement team.
- Support Client Engagement team by developing successful relationships with customers and clients.
- Support Hylaine brand and relationship development through direct client and market relations.
- Sales reporting and defining the sales reporting structure and process, including pipeline of sales forecasting to CEO.
What we are looking for:
- Ten (10) years of applicable job experience with 2-4 years in leadership / management.
- Technology consulting experience
- Salesforce CRM (or equivalent tools)
- Ability to travel 25%-50% monthly to market locations.
- Based out of one of our current markets: Charlotte, NC(HQ); Atlanta, GA; Dallas-Fort Worth, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Raleigh, NC.
