We are looking for an exceptional person to join our North America team as a Senior Designer
As a Senior Designer, you will take a leadership role in shaping and executing creative concepts, blending strategic thinking with technical skills to produce innovative design solutions. You’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality results that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs across multiple platforms.
- Liaise directly with internal teams and clients to understand their vision, present drafts, and incorporate feedback to refine the final output.
- Develop a wide range of digital assets including microsites, digital ads, social posts, infographics, logos, promotional campaign materials, keynotes and presentations.
- Oversee the production of client case studies, showcasing creative excellence and project success.
- Lead the ideation and development of creative concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions with strategic insights and fresh ideas.
You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading creative projects from concept to completion, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience designing across digital and print platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Knowledge with UI/UX principles, basic CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), G-Suite, and Keynote.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with clients and teams.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple deadlines.
- A passion for creativity, with a drive to push boundaries and evolve brand standards.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative vision, design aesthetics, and excellence.

Hotwire takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the position’s work location, expected work to be performed, required travel (if any), external market and internal value, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees.
