Key Responsibilities:
Install Schedule Management: Oversee and adjust the installation schedule to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns. Communicate with project managers to coordinate efforts and resolve any on-site issues.Installer Preparation: Prepare installers for their jobs by providing them with detailed project plans, materials, and any necessary instructions for a successful installation.Support Project Managers: Collaborate closely with project managers and pre-install inspectors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and ready for execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Mid-level experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, remodeling, or a related field.Strong computer skills, including proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and team members.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Work Environment:
Office-based role with regular interaction with project managers and pre-install inspectors.Fast-paced, team-oriented environment where proactive communication is key.
