What You’ll Do


We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our HQ team in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale. You’ll be the face of the office, ensuring our visitors feel welcomed and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Think of this role as the glue that holds our fast-paced office together, where every day is a little different. You’ll have a direct hand in making our workspace organized, efficient, and a place people love coming to every day.Your day-to-day will look something like this:

  • Keep our office running smoothly by managing daily operations and ensuring everything is in tip-top shape.
  • Greet visitors with a smile, making sure they feel welcome and taken care of.
  • Help our team stay organized by scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and making sure all office supplies are stocked.
  • Manage travel bookings, office supplies, and handle everything from meetings to events – no two days will be the same!
  • Be the point person for external stakeholders like clients and vendors, making sure our interactions are seamless.
  • Assist our executives with administrative support (travel arrangements, expense reports, and VIP planning).
  • Coordinate office perks like catered meetings and keep our space looking awesome.

What You’ll Bring


  • 1-3 years of experience in office administration or similar roles where multitasking, organization, and problem-solving were key.
  • You’re tech-savvy, love learning new tools, and know your way around Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • You’re a strong communicator with the ability to handle multiple tasks while staying cool under pressure.
  • A team player who’s proactive and able to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to keep things confidential and respond to off-hours emergencies if required (we promise, it doesn’t happen often!).
  • Able to commute to our Scottsdale office.
