Duties/Responsibilities:
Support for all administrative needs for the President to include, but not limited to: calendar management, travel coordination, expense reports and project management
Work closely with President and other VP level leadership
Expectation of managing multiple key-initiatives for the Senior Executive team
Handles regular activities without prompting and advise in advance any issues or delays
Planning and coordinating team/organization events
Leading and coordinating on ad hoc projects
Keeping the Senior Executive team on track during meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts as needed
Participation in meeting with managers to help record notes, takeaways, and deliverables
Understanding priorities, as well as short-term strategies and lay out a plan of how and when to tackle
Building a thorough understanding of the We Insure organization and department cross functionality
Managing Senior Executive team communications and Intranet site (monthly newsletters, announcements, etc)
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred or 5+ years of relevant experience
High level of interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility, with an energy and a desire to tackle new projects
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
The skillset to work independently effectively managing workloads to meet deadlines, while delivering high-quality work
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to understand multiple, diverse stakeholders through all levels of an organization
Ability to anticipate approaching company needs by having strong organizational pulse and feedback loop
Proficient at effectively managing workload to meet deadlines, while delivering high-quality work
Ability to function effectively in a highly charged executive environment, and the ability to act independently
Ability to work occasional extended hours if required
Relationship orientated, experience building personal connections, and comfortable in front of high-level executives and business owners
