How You Contribute to Pinnacle Transplant’s Success


Your team is Pinnacle’s front line. As their production leader, you have ownership for their direction with a goal of quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process, creating life-changing treatments for ailments ranging from spinal disc degeneration to wound care.Work hours: 2nd Shift - Monday - Thursday, 3 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.Work environment: Manufacturing Cleanroom Location: North Phoenix, near 19th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak RoadSalary: $78,0000

What You Will Do


  • Plan & supervise the production of allografts to meet goals and in accordance with PTT’s Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
  • Monitor compliance with all PTT SOPs, policies, always ensuring Good Documentation Practices and audit readiness.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and staff to recommend process improvements, including updating SOPs.
  • Ensure proper levels of PPE and cleanroom supplies are maintained to support production, communicating to Shipping & Receiving of any lacking areas. 
  • Ensure all equipment and supplies are kept up with preventative maintenance and calibrations required through collaboration with the maintenance department. 
  • Supervise team – including but not limited to hiring, training, timekeeping, and managing performance.

  • Evaluate individual performance and provide mentoring and discipline to direct reports.
  • Interview job applicants and make recommendations regarding hiring of new associates.

  • Responsible for ensuring daily production occurs according to planning and direction from Management.
  • Responsible for maintaining time keeping system, monitoring associates' attendance and hours worked.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Gain a solid understanding of all manufacturing processes.
  • Certified Tissue Banking Specialist (if not already)

  • Production Leadership. You will have daily verbal and written communication Production Leadership to ensure daily production goals are understood and executed with speed and quality.
  • Your Team. Regularly work in independent and team settings maintaining professional communication with all PTT team members.

What Qualifications You Will Bring


  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in regulated or manufacturing industry using aseptic techniques

What Qualifications Would be Additionally Helpful


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year experience in supervisory role
  • Experience in freeze drying, sterilization, DBM and packaging
  • Certified Tissue Banking Specialist

Where You Will Work


You will work in a clean room environment in a manufacturing facility in North Phoenix, having contact with human tissue and bone. You are required to wear protective clothing including but not limited to hoods, face masks, gloves, boots, and coveralls. Your work is physical in nature. It will require standing for long periods of time, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects. It also requires repetitive motion with substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. You may be required to use equipment including but not limited to band saw, surgical instrumentation, autoclave, lyophilizer, moisture analyzer, heat sealer, sonicator, microscope, centrifuge, controlled rate freezer, cryo mill, calipers, desktop computers, and general office equipment.Benefits/Total Rewards
