Who We’re Looking For: We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company. As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our innovation, driving the development of core platform features and data analytics that deliver value to our customers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, you will lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring products from concept to launch and beyond.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and strategic thinker with a passion for technology, a proven track record of executing successful product strategies, and experience in B2B SaaS. You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy problem-solving, and excel at aligning product development with market demands and business goals. Bonus points if you have experience in the market research industry!What You’ll Do With Us: 

  • Lead the product development process by defining clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams, leveraging technical expertise to drive the development of sophisticated features and capabilities, ensuring feasibility and alignment with product objectives.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from initial concept through launch, ensuring smooth execution, successful adoption, and continuous improvement based on user feedback.
  • Own product success by delivering features that hit the agreed-upon MVP threshold and ensuring strong market reception, while balancing user satisfaction and business goals.
  • Leverage data and analytics to guide product decisions, assess product performance, and measure success metrics, ensuring data-driven improvements and product optimization.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement, driving product iterations and enhancing user experiences based on insights and performance metrics.
  • Develop comprehensive product documentation, including training materials and support resources, to ensure effective onboarding and customer understanding of new features and use cases.
  • Lead product demos, presentations, and customer meetings, using strong communication skills to effectively convey product value, roadmap updates, and strategic direction.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive intelligence, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management to continuously refine product strategy and innovation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and successful launch plans.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with company goals and customer needs, while clearly communicating the vision and bringing cross-functional teams together.
  • Innovate for the future by thinking big and translating challenges into breakthrough ideas that shape the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and customer needs.

What You’ve Done Before:

  • 3+ years of relevant Product Management experience or a combination of Product Owner and Product Manager experience, and at least 1 year working in a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams and the ability to engage in technical discussions to drive complex product development.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, Pendo, Salesforce) and agile methodologies.
  • Passion for technology and innovation, with a keen interest in the qualitative research industry.
  • Bonus Points: Proficiency in SQL for analyzing complex datasets and driving data-informed product decisions
