Job Description:
A Faith Regional Manager is responsible for working with and serving pastors and ministry leaders, launching new Faith Groups, mobilizing local leaders for various events and initiatives, all while building a strong network throughout the territory.
Faith Regional Managers are also responsible for connecting with interested leads; starting groups and building a strong, long-lasting pastors coalition; equipping Christian’s with our resources; organizing local initiatives; conducting outreach to prospective members; giving oral presentations; importing and organizing data; and networking on behalf of the organization at events and conferences.The ideal candidate works as a team to ensure the success of Faith Groups, local initiatives, and the Faith Strategic Program overall.
The ideal candidate will first fit the company culture, embodying the following traits: grassroots humility, warrior spirit, and persistent innovation. The Faith Regional Manager reports directly to the Senior Strategic Managers.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience on staff at a church
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
- Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
- Passion for conservative politics
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic work environment
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and goal oriented
- Self starter and self motivated
- Punctual and very responsive
- Ethical and responsible behavior managing corporate expense accounts
