Maintenance Technician

We currently operate in the States of Illinois, New York, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Colorado and Michigan as a medical and/or adult use cannabis provider to patients and customers. Job Description


The Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping the shared general areas clean, and presentable at all times. This position will assist maintenance personnel in their daily activities as needed. This position will have a positive attitude and be helpful to all the staff at PharmaCann. This position will have excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn. 

Responsibilities 


  • The Janitor and Light Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing day to day cleaning & light maintenance activities for the entire facility
  • General cleaning, sweeping, mopping, restroom cleaning, dusting, and trash removal
  • Support clean-up of equipment and 5S organizing
  • Office area and furniture maintenance, assembly, moving and modifications
  • Maintain the tool-room and shop in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Light snow and ice removal/salting on grounds as required/general
  • Assist with Preventative Maintenance on general equipment
  • Support maintenance project work
  • Must be able to bend, twist, squat, and lift 20 lbs. – 30 lbs. and be on feet the entire shift
  • Must be able to walk long distances as work is performed throughout all areas of the facility
  • Additional technical responsibilities as assigned
  • All other duties as assigned by PharmaCann
  • Must adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment
  • The position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor 

Qualifications 


  • High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail 
  • Perform assigned duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental regulations for this industry
  • Be mechanically inclined and trainable 
  • Age: State Law required 21 years of age or older
  • Applicants must be able to pass a background check
