Full-timeDescriptionBectran is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Campaign Specialist to drive our marketing initiatives and accelerate customer acquisition. This role will focus on developing and executing comprehensive B2B advertising and digital campaign strategies across various channels to maximize ROI and fuel business growth. Being part of the product marketing team, you’ll work cross-functionally with both product development and sales.  

What You Will Do:


  • Create, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate lead pipeline  
  • Drive pipeline impact – Help achieve demand generation goals by creating, and executing campaigns that will drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline. 
  • Generate creative content ideas independently and collaboratively  
  • Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and guide them through the marketing funnel.  
  • Collaborate with product marketing team to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.  
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness and find improvement areas.  
  • Create and manage landing pages and forms for lead capture and conversion.  
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns such as email marketing, social media, and content marketing to generate demand and drive lead generation. 

What You Need to Be Successful:


  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field 
  • 3-5 years experience in development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital in SaaS 
  • Strong analytics and creative thinking skills 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting  
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables  
  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel marketing tactics 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and motivation to learn  
  • Marketing/ product marketing experience in B2B SaaS industry  
  • Hands-on experience using Hubspot for email and marketing automation
