Eligibility Requirements
- Our internship program is remote based; however, the intern must be in the United States.
- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university during the internship.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (based on a 4.0 scale)
- Available to work full time (40 hours/week) for the entire program (June 9th - August 29th).
- Required to undergo a pre-employment background check.
Working closely with the department, the Intern will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Participate on agile project teams to develop, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure as code (IAC)
- Configure continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and resolve build issues as they arise
- Contribute to developer productivity enhancing initiatives in a variety of ways; to include writing scripts, analyzing/automating workflows, and gathering requirements from internal stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
- Seeking undergraduate degree in IT-related field. Computer Science is ideal but other degrees such as Information Systems or Information Science are acceptable
- In lieu of desired major, willing to consider independent learning or other studies in a non-academic venue demonstrating motivation to learn more about cloud infrastructure and software development
- Must be enrolled as a Junior or Senior in an Undergraduate program or graduate student
- College-level experience with coding practices and languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or others)
- Comfortable using the command line and writing bash scripts
- Knowledge of Agile software development project methodologies preferred
- Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multi-dimensional projects
- Team oriented attitude that no job is too big or too small
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with IAC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK
- Some knowledge of modern ci/cd pipeline tools like Codefresh, Github Actions, GitLab, AWS Code Pipeline
- Basic awareness of containerized or serverless computing architectural patterns
- College level computer programming course work
