You must be authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.JOB SUMMARYAs Senior Product Manager, you drive and own the strategy, goals, roadmap and execution of select product initiatives for components of our world-class labeling software products.
You are pivotal in ensuring our product offerings continue to set the standard in the industry and that the organization continues to grow and lead the market. You are instrumental in developing amazing experiences for our customers and partners around the world.WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Product Strategy: Clarify and execute the product strategy for key product initiatives. Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure product strategies are aligned with customer needs and operational capabilities. Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance product success and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-functional empowerment: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, creativity and accountability not only within the Product team, but also across the company.
- Roadmap and Execution: Manage and deliver on a product roadmap that balances customer needs, market shifts, and long-term strategy. Partner with engineering to manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with our partners and customers: Build relationships with our customers and partner-based sales channels to deliver the right products and drive adoption and growth. Work closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Portfolio management: Manage features within a given product tailored to the needs of both small and medium-sized businesses and Fortune 500 clients, including multiple Fortune 10 companies. Continuously evaluate and adjust the product feature set to respond to market trends and customer feedback.
- Market intelligence: Closely follow industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory changes. Utilize insights to inform product strategy and innovation.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
- 7+ years of experience in product management.
- Experience building and managing SaaS offerings in a B2B setting.
- A deep understanding of product management fundamentals, including strategy development, customer discovery, goal setting, design, roadmapping, requirements documentation, analytics, and effective collaboration with a cross-functional team to ship and iterate on products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience developing successful working relationships both within the Product team and cross-functionally.
- Adept at working across cultures and time zones.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with a strategic mindset.
EDUCATION
- BS in Business, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with an MBA as a strong plus.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Compensation for this full-time job is an annual base salary between $106,000 - $162,000 with the potential for an annual discretionary bonus. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, or location.
