We are looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer, Fixed Term/Contract
Compensation $50-$80/hr for an initial 6-month contract. We are looking for an experienced talent sourcer to develop leads and strategies for identifying, engaging, and nurturing exceptional and diverse talent.
About the role
- Provide top-of-funnel (sourcing, engaging, phone screening) pipeline support for Software Engineering and GTM Teams.
- Develop sourcing strategies to engage talent from underrepresented groups across the industry
- Provide best-in-class candidate experience for all Rokt candidates
- Assist recruiters in evaluating inbound candidates
- Engage top talent with your personalized approach
Requirements
About you
- Must be located in New York City Metro area
- Proven track record of success sourcing and attracting top talent; ideally with DEI candidates within Engineering & GTM positions.
- Ability to identify and engage passive candidates via online sourcing techniques
- Knowledge of diversity partnerships to help network with, nurture, and hire diverse talent
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings).
