Our CareerSafe brand is searching for a Marketing Generalist/Conference Coordinator with associate-level exposure to join our crew.
About You:
You’re a creative and energetic professional with at least two years of exposure to the marketing industry. You relish the details from beginning to end and have a knack for anticipating what’s needed before you are asked. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are the glue between big ideas and flawless execution, ensuring everything is on point, from event logistics to marketing materials. Additionally, you have:
- Familiarity with inventory, purchasing, and coordination of all marketing collateral.
- Experience coordinating the collection and analysis of customer feedback to help inform marketing strategies.
- An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Salesforce, and the social media platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- A passion for working collaboratively, with strong communication and writing skills.
Your Impact:
This role supports various marketing functions with a focus on managing conference-related activities and other marketing initiatives. This role serves as a support hub for the department, bridging gaps between strategic planning and execution. The Marketing Generalist/Conference Coordinator ensures all events are organized efficiently, marketing collateral is maintained, and customer feedback is collected, and reviewed consistently. In addition, you will:
- Coordinate all aspects related to conferences, speaking engagements, and other promotional events including logistics, travel arrangements, booth registration, materials shipment, and coordination with event organizers.
- Assist in collateral development and campaign management by liaising with the shared Content and Product Design resources and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and propose strategies for customer engagement, community forums and public relations which are vital for market penetration and customer retention.
- Manage operational and administrative tasks for the marketing department, such as performing marketing research, invoice processing, vendor management, expense tracking, event budgets, and reporting compliance.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or a related field
- U.S. citizenship
