The Enterprise Architecture team is looking for a Business Analyst to help us define and align our projects. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions on cross-company strategic initiatives. You’ll work closely within our Business Technology, Data and Analytics Team as well as with stakeholders across Sales & Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to drive maturity through future-proof design.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical prowess, business acumen, and strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. They will enjoy diving into complex problems and seeking to understand the risks and assumptions.
In this role, you’ll:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and objectives for new projects or enhancements.
Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive terms to ensure alignment and understanding among all stakeholders.
Gain a solid understanding of business issues and technical implications associated with business requirements.
Assist in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that project goals and objectives are clearly understood and met.
Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Help to define the standards and processes from initial planning to delivery, including: Templates and guidelines for documenting requirements, documentation, cataloging risks and mitigation plans.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the technology or financial services industry or at a SaaS company.
Are detailed oriented, systematic thinkers, and thoughtful executors.
Experience with business systems, integrations, specifically Salesforce, ERP (e.g., Netsuite), Professional services automation (PSA), and data warehouse solutions (e.g., Redshift).
Ability to operate with general guidance and support from senior team members; comfortable working in ambiguity.
Demonstrated ability to support multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.
Nice to have experience:
Experience in complex role-based access controls, or have worked at a company with multiple salesforce orgs.
Fluency in the go-to-market lifecycle and saas business model.
