Canada (Toronto & Vancouver) Your next career:As IT Manager at fabric, you’ll manage and optimize our technical infrastructure with a strong focus on system administration, security, and compliance in a dynamic SaaS environment. This hands-on role involves troubleshooting complex issues, configuring systems, and implementing robust security measures. You will report directly to the Director of IT.Your responsibilities:- Tech Stack Management: Take charge of designing, configuring, deploying, and optimizing our corporate technology stack.
Ensure our systems are high-performing, scalable, and reliable.- Security Leadership: Develop and implement cutting-edge security measures. Perform regular security assessments, monitor for threats, and handle incidents to keep our infrastructure safe.- Compliance and Policy: Create and enforce IT policies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct audits to ensure ongoing compliance.- Hands-On Support: Provide expert-level technical support for complex issues. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems with a hands-on approach- Cloud and SaaS Administration: Manage and optimize SaaS applications (Qualys, Zscaler, Proofpoint, Okta, Kandji, Jira).
Ensure seamless integration and efficient operation.What you bring to the table:- Experience: 5+ years of experience in managing corporate SaaS IT infrastructure, including system administration, configuration management, and robust security practices.- Communication: Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical team members.- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT operations, security protocols, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with cloud platforms and SaaS infrastructure management, including AWS, Qualys, Zscaler, Proofpoint, Okta, Kandji, and Jira.- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
