The role
We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Manager with a sharp commercial mind 🧠 to build our revenue strategies across the customer journey. This role is a big deal at Teamtailor, and you’ll be crucial in levelling up our revenue game 💥.With a product and sales-led growth strategy - and a sales team set to hit over 200 Account Executives by the end of 2025 📈- we need someone enthusiastic to dive in. You’ll be streamlining workflows, uncovering gaps in how we measure performance, and defining the analysis we need to stay ahead.

What will you do?
- Define and shape the structure of Revenue Operations to ensure high sales efficiency and scalability as we expand across all markets. 📈
- Develop and manage internal reporting of key metrics (e.g. pipeline, win rates) as well as ensure data consistency and integrity across departments for accurate reporting. ✅
- Monitor and analyse sales performance to provide impactful recommendations. ↗️
- Collaborate with sales leaders and teams across all our markets to provide impactful insights and recommendations. 🤝
- Design and manage sales incentive programs. 🏆
- Work with leadership on revenue forecasting, planning and goal setting aligned with company objectives. 🎯
- Continuously provide feedback and advise on process improvements across the sales and customer journey. 🔄
We are looking for someone who has:
- Prior experience in similar roles at other fast-growing tech companies. 🔍
- A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to extract, analyse, and interpret complex data sets to provide actionalable insights. 📊
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate efficiently across various teams and departments to influence decision-making. 🙏
- An academic degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or a related field. 🎓
- Experience in Salesforce is preferred but not required. 🖥️
- Experience in revenue operations is preferred but not required. 📈
