Our platform empowers real estate professionals by streamlining essential processes like accounting, rent payments, maintenance, communication, and leasing—all in the cloud.

With the property management software market expected to grow from $2 billion to $3 billion worldwide, we are poised for significant expansion.We are looking for a high-energy, motivated professional who thrives in a startup environment and isn't afraid to take on new challenges. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to the sales process, willing to go the extra mile, and excited about contributing to the success of our sales department. As a Sr. Account Executive, you will manage your territory, engage proactively with leads, and continuously hunt for new business.

You’ll also play a key role in closing deals, helping our clients see the value of our product in a competitive market.Responsibilities:- Develop detailed business plans to achieve goals and quotas.- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial conversation to deal closure.- Identify and create new sales opportunities through networking, turning them into long-term partnerships.- Present and demo our SaaS platform to prospective clients, highlighting its value in addressing their business needs.- Provide after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and address their ongoing software needs.- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer contentment and protect the company’s reputation.- Negotiate agreements and accurately maintain records of sales and customer data.Qualifications:- 6+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally in IT or technology.- 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions; experience with accounting or financial applications is a plus.- Prior experience in the Property Management Software space is highly desirable.- Strong knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiating strategies.- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.- Strong business acumen with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.- Enthusiastic, proactive, and goal-driven.- BSc or BA in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.What We Offer:- Support to help you grow into a sales expert.- A leadership culture that fosters professional development and success.- A dedicated team that is intellectually curious and committed to getting the job done.What Makes ManageCasa Different?At ManageCasa, we offer more than the typical startup perks.
