We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our cannabis production team as a Packaging Operator. In this role, you will be working with our automated bagging and jarring line, bag labeler, and grinder. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the machinery, while maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain packaging machines (automated bagging, jarring, and labeling).
- Manage product flow through the grinder for efficient processing.
- Ensure all products are accurately labeled and packaged according to company standards.
- Follow detailed instructions and established workflows.
- Troubleshoot and adjust machines as needed to maintain productivity.
- Assist with quality control, ensuring that all packaged products meet specifications.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus.
- Ability to learn and adapt to our specific processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Must be open to feedback and willing to follow established protocols.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
