About the role:
As a Enablement & Knowledge Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving our learning and development and knowledge management initiatives. This role requires a thoughtful leader who can manage complex programs, improve processes and align cross-functional teams to achieve our strategic objectives.
⚒️Responsibilities:
Learning and Development
- Refine and standardize onboarding and training processes for the Member Services team, leveraging tools like TalentLMS and Confluence.
- Identify and clearly define learning objectives for various teams, developing specialized training courses and modules to meet these goals.
- Establish and track metrics related to training effectiveness, employee satisfaction, onboarding efficiency, etc.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training and readiness assessment programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
- Create and manage e-learning content, incorporating multimedia elements to enhance engagement and retention.
- Implement a continuous feedback loop to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
🧠 Knowledge Management
- Lead the company-wide knowledge management program, ensuring efficiency, consistency and optimal user engagement.
- Develop and implement a unified content architecture and communication strategy for our knowledge base (Confluence).
- Create and streamline the Knowledge Base update process.
- Conduct comprehensive Knowledge Base audits to identify and archive outdated content, ensuring content relevance and quality.
- Define and track success metrics, such as user engagement, content update speed and content clarity.
- Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on how to effectively use the Knowledge Base and related tools.
🙌 What we want you to bring:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in learning and development, knowledge management, or a related field. A background in financial services, tax or accounting is preferred.
- Strong program management and process improvement skills with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with change and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, creative and able to find innovative ways to achieve results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.

What we offer in return:
Compensation Range: $91,800 - $110,000 annual base salary The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
