What the job involves


This role involves leading a specialized team to ensure data accuracy and quality, creating efficient SOPs, and collaborating across departments. You'll train and mentor team members, oversee a BPO vendor, and report performance to senior management, all while driving innovation and excellence in operations.

Responsibilities



  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of a specialized team focused on reviewing and verifying data entries in our system.

  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of the reviewed data, implementing checks and balances as needed.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the team, ensuring compliance and consistency in data handling.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status and performance of the team.

  • Manage and coordinate activities with a BPO vendor, ensuring alignment with company standards and goals

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and 5+ years of experience in related field. Prior startup experience is a plus.

  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications; comfort with learning new technologies and systems.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Previous experience in an operations, data review, or quality assurance role is a plus.
