Inventory Coordinator
We are looking for a hands-on Inventory Coordinator who is responsible for ensuring the flow of goods in and out of our San Francisco location is handled in an effective and organized manner. You will be supporting Inventory transactions across all factories, warehouse, stockroom and point of use locations. The successful candidate will interface directly with our Engineering, Supply chain, and Finance department to organize inventory across all locations in an efficient and timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Accepts and processes all deliveries in the SF office (inbound and outbound); includes global inventory transfers of raw material, Production, Sales Samples, R&D, Vendor needs, etc.
Supports Inventory transactions in NetSuite (inbound, outbound, transfers) across all locations.
Participates with West Coast Bus Kitting process, partners with Engineering & Installation teams for organizing quality products in adherence to schedule needs
Participates in monthly Inventory audit to ensure inventory accuracy, responsible for inventory data in San Francisco DC. Evaluate transactions to resolve count discrepancies.
Assists with Inventory transactions in NetSuite (inbound, outbound, transfers)
Responsible for Office logistics, packing and shipping inventory across DC locations and suppliers.
Assist in support tasks, projects and initiatives to keep inventory locations secured, organized, and supplied.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
1+ years previous experience supply chain inventory management experience
Proficient in Excel spreadsheet and data management skills, including with Microsoft Office and cloud-based equivalents (i.e., NetSuite or similar ERP system)
Capability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities while exercising good business judgment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); preferable Google Suites
Ability and willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and cross train across different warehouse functions.
Ability to travel locally.
Must be able to lift, push, pull up to 50lbs.
