As we expand our product portfolio and global presence, our Sales department is hiring a Inside Channel Account Manager for Americas to to develop, motivate and nurture our diverse channel in conjunction with the Channel Manager.The best candidate will have demonstrated experience managing and developing relationships with partners to drive sales of Nozomi products and services. The ideal candidate will thrive in an entrepreneurial startup environment. You will be passionate about selling and helping advance innovative solutions with distributors and resellers.If this sounds like you, read on.

In this role, you will:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
  • Conduct regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, provide updates, and address any issues. 
  • Provide forecasts to management on deals and bookings expected
  • Assist channel partners in achieving their sales targets by providing product information, training, and support.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver sales enablement materials and campaigns tailored to channel partners.
  • Provide pre-sales support, including product demonstrations and technical assistance.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within the partner network and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Work with partners to develop joint business plans and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure partners have the resources they need.
  • Facilitate regular training sessions and webinars for partners to keep them informed about new products and updates

  • Track and report on channel partner performance metrics.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Channel Sales Director on partner activities and performance.

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:


  • Fluent in Italian and English, French or Spanish, nice to have
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners.
  • SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
  • Experience in a start-up technology company preferred
  • High Performer who goes above & beyond
  • Can demonstrate strong relationships with existing channel partners in region
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues and customers on a daily basis
  • Willingness to travel
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience
