What the job involves


In this dynamic role, you'll identify areas for improvement across various departments, manage projects from concept to completion, and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.  Bring your strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to make a real impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities



  • Lead operational programs that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and ultimately, customer satisfaction. Consider the impact of your work on all aspects of the customer journey.

  • Partner with various stakeholders to ensure seamless program execution. Identify and address any roadblocks that could impact customer experience.

  • Analyze operational processes across departments. Develop and implement programs that streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.

  • Tackle challenges that arise at the intersection of operations, engineering, finance, and service delivery. Develop solutions that consider both customer needs and financial constraints, while aligning with technical feasibility.

  • Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities to ensure timely project completion.

  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders. Keep everyone informed on project progress and ensure a shared understanding of customer needs and goals.

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in business) or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience leading and managing operational projects focused on process improvement in areas like inventory management, supply chain, customer service delivery, sales & operations forecasting, and new customer pilot launches.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing ERP system optimizations or process improvement initiatives.

  • Proven ability to lead and manage multi-million dollar operational projects with cross-functional teams. Experience within professional services or consulting is a plus.

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. Possession of a PMP or Six Sigma certification is highly valued. Willingness to pursue one within the first year is a consideration.
