About the Role


Clutch develops software to turn credit unions into fintech lenders and use their balance sheets to responsibly lend to over 130M Americans. We have rapidly grown from a select few partners to now a large customer base spread across medium to very large enterprise customers.You'll be a key individual helping us achieve this mission. Your focus will be identifying and engaging with Credit Unions, building long-lasting relationships with these companies, and aligning our solutions to their specific and unique business needs.

You will also work with some of our highest-value customers to identify new opportunities where our increasingly diverse range of solutions can add value to their business.

About the Team


We have a team of dynamic and experienced Sales Executives, who use a consultative approach to serve our credit union partners and their most strategic imperatives. The sales team is a unique mix of backgrounds that have come together to form an amazing paradigm focused on mutual growth and business scalability. We are a remote team that connects weekly through virtual mediums as well as multiple times a year in person for various off-sites and events.

What You’ll Do


Within 3 months, you will:


  • Immerse yourself in our platform and the Credit Union space

  • Develop deep knowledge of our existing Fintech customers and identify growth opportunities

  • Identify potential customers and run the end-to-end sales process within our Fintech segment

  • Create your strategy and forecast to achieve goals by the end of the first 12 months

Within 6 months, you will:


  • Build and maintain relationships with Fintech customers, from executives to product teams and developers; be viewed as a subject matter expert

  • Manage pipeline and accurately forecast deal value and win probability

  • Convert hand-off opportunities into formal partnerships

Within 9 months, you will:


  • Work with our Product team, SEs, and Account Managers to identify gaps in our solutions for Fintechs and help execute your sales strategy

  • Complete your first cycle from start to finish

What You’ll Bring



  • Experience: 5+ years in Strategic or Enterprise sales in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech running complex cycles spanning multiple business units.

  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of credit union operations, industry challenges, and fintech solutions.

  • Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
