In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive Clutch’s growth and revolutionize the credit union space. About the Team


We are looking for a passionate and driven recruiter to join our Talent team, focusing on recruiting top talent across Latam and US. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to drive Clutch’s growth and revolutionize the credit union space. What You’ll Do:


Within 3 months, you will:



  • Establish Strong Relationships: Build trust and strong working relationships with hiring managers across Latam, understanding their unique needs and priorities for each role.

  • Launch an Efficient Sourcing Strategy: Implement a targeted sourcing strategy tailored to the Latam market to quickly identify and engage with top talent.

  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by refining interview processes, communications, and feedback loops.

Within 6 months, you will:



  • Enhanced Recruitment Process Efficiency: Successfully streamline and improve the full-cycle recruitment process, reducing time-to-hire and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

  • Develop and maintain a strong, diverse talent pipeline for critical roles, ensuring the company is well-prepared to meet future hiring needs with a pool of qualified candidates.

  • Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies for specialized roles.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.

Within 9 months, you will:



  • Ownership of Recruitment: Take full ownership of the recruitment process for multiple high-impact roles, consistently reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high candidate quality.

  • Optimize Recruitment Technology: Identify and implement technology or tools that further streamline recruitment operations, increasing efficiency in tracking, engagement, and hiring.

  • Continuous Employer Branding Impact: Continue driving impactful employer branding initiatives, further increasing the volume and quality of inbound applications, and positioning Clutch as a top destination for Latam talent in the fintech space.

Please note that this role may evolve as our business needs change, so we appreciate your flexibility and adaptability.

What You’ll Bring



  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in SaaS and/or Fintech.

  • Strong sourcing skills with experience recruiting in Latam markets.

  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, data, and security roles.

  • Strong stakeholder management experience.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.

  • Advanced English proficiency.
