About the Role


You will be part of a new sales team focused on disrupting the credit union industry. You will manage an assigned book of business and be responsible for building your pipeline through channel relationships, conferences, and nurturing inbound leads. Collaboration is key, as you'll help shape our sales strategy and improve our products to better serve our credit union customers.

About the Team


The team is a newly formed enterprise segment, building on the success of the strategic sales team that has been selling for four years. Led by a passionate sales leader who values collaboration over micromanagement, the team is committed to building something impactful together. You'll have the support of a dedicated sales engineering team providing technical and industry expertise.

What You’ll Do


Within 3 months, you will:


  • Dive deep into the world of credit unions, learning how to support them in achieving their goals and overcoming their challenges.

  • Start engaging with inbound leads and actively build your sales pipeline.

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and teammates—both in person and virtually.

Within 6 months, you will:


  • Celebrate your first closed deal!

  • Bring fresh ideas to the table, helping shape and refine our enterprise sales strategy.

  • Master the art of product demos and confidently navigate basic technical discussions.

  • Build a powerful pipeline to set you up for success in meeting your annual quota.

Within 9 months, you will:


  • Become well-versed in our newest products and incorporate them into your cross-selling efforts.

What You’ll Bring



  • 5+ years of tech sales experience with a knack for closing deals averaging $150K+.

  • Skilled at navigating 3-6 month sales cycles and influencing RFPs to outshine competitors.

  • Confident in prospecting your own book of business & leveraging external channels to build pipeline.

  • Naturally curious, enthusiastic, and ready to dive into something new.

  • Willing to travel and meet clients where they are.

Bonus Points:



  • Experience with credit unions, fintech, or member-owned companies.
