As a Senior Product Manager leading our Scale team specializing in AI & Platform Integration, you will leverage your extensive experience in AI technologies and platform management to drive the development and scaling of our radiology reporting solutions. Your leadership will guide the development of AI-driven features, the optimization of our platform infrastructure, and the integration of third-party systems. What You’ll Be Doing:
AI Feature Development: Collaborate closely with the Lead Product Manager in Reporting to develop and refine core features that leverage AI and large language models (LLMs), shaping the future of radiology reporting.
Scaling Applications: Lead initiatives to scale the Rad AI Reporting application by partnering with Scale Team engineers to develop innovative tools and features that enhance deployment cycles across customer environments.
Admin Console Development: Design and implement advanced features within the admin console, enabling customer site administrators to efficiently provision and manage their own tenants.
Support Portal Enhancement: Work with engineering and support teams to create and refine tools that streamline the customer journey, focusing on customer implementations and post-go-live tooling to ensure a seamless user experience.
Third-Party Integrations: Explore FHIR/FHIRcast technologies and integrate with external vendors such as PACS, Worklist, EHR, and RIS systems for data synchronization and improved deployment cycles.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to identify gaps, growth opportunities, and strategies to drive successful deployments and scalability of the Reporting application.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration with adjacent teams, including Reporting Core, Reporting SDK, Data, Model, and Support Teams, ensuring alignment of objectives.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure product development aligns with the company’s strategic goals and objectives, driving long-term success and innovation in radiology.
Leadership Communication: Communicate effectively across all organizational levels, from individual contributors to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment in project goals.
Presentations & Town Halls:: Present concepts, strategies, and updates in town halls and company-wide meetings, engaging stakeholders and providing clear insights into product developments.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the product management organization.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all product features and tools adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards, maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years of experience in product management, including experience managing platform infrastructure at scale.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with AI technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Experience with FHIR/FHIRcast technologies and third-party integrations.
Product Management: Thorough understanding of platform service development, microservices-based architecture, and RESTful API design.
Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven approach with experience in using analytics to drive product decisions and improvements.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and mentoring junior product managers.
Passion: Commitment to healthcare innovation and improving patient care through advanced technology.
Nice to Haves:
Experience managing AI (LLM/NLP) solutions.
Background in regulated environments, particularly with HIPAA compliance.
Familiarity with healthcare standards such as HL7 and radiology workflows.
Knowledge of ML or data infrastructure.
