In this role, you will be responsible for designing data models, creating insightful dashboards, and analyzing large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into BI requirements and solutions.
- Design and implement dashboards to provide actionable insights for our sales and marketing teams.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data governance and quality standards.
- Develop new metrics to better measure the performance of the business.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BI technologies and trends to ensure the company utilizes the best tools and practices.
- Manage BI projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and deliverables.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Excellent SQL skills and experience with database management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building executive-level dashboards and full-funnel reporting.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in business intelligence.
