Position Description
NorCal Cannabis is looking to expand its Quality Control Team that works hand in hand with our Machine Trimming Team. This is a high pace, high volume team that takes pride in producing and packing some of the industries finest finished indoor cannabis. This team receives freshly trimmed Cannabis and is tasked with finishing and pounding out the finished product in preparation for market.Starting wage $16 COVID-19 vaccination is required for this role
Responsibilities
- Has a wide range of knowledge on industry standards for quality, finished packed pounds
- Has great attention to detail
- Has great communication skills
- Takes direction wellIs
- Is an excellent and fast trimmer
- Enjoys a high paced environment
- Is capable of working with a small tight knit group
- Excels identifying different cannabis strains
- Is punctual and on time (Shift is from 8am-430pm)
Physical Demands
- Remaining in a standing position for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 25lbs regularly, 50lbs infrequently
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks
- Hand and finger dexterity required for extended periods
- Consistent hand-eye coordination
- Wearing gloves and other required protective gear for extended periods when required WORK
