Job Requirements1. Firsthand experience on planning, conducting, and analysing UX/CX research2. Project in a Software company, working alongside the CX and UX team3. Gain experience in speaking to customers and marketing/sales related activities such as cold emailing outreach4. Support the team by organising research projects, especially recruitment of users for interviews5. Analyse CX and research data, such as metrics and interviews6. Create research reports7. Collaborate on research projects with others8. Participate in researchrelated activities, such as recruitment by doing outreach, interviews, minute taking, and doing analyses9. Focus on adminrelated tasks, such as updating Salesforce and internal knowledge bases (e.g. Confluence, productboard)
