The 
Clinical Oncology Specialist - GYN Oncology (COS-GYN) is responsible for establishing, developing, and expanding a geographic territory to exceed sales targets for our groundbreaking MRD CtDNA test, Signatera, CGP assay Altera, and Germline test Empower within the GYN Oncology space. This role focuses on engaging with Gynecologic Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Pathologists, and other providers within the continuum of care.We have several opportunities available across the U.S. If there's an opening in your area that matches your qualifications, we’ll be sure to consider you for that position.

Primary Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Territory Planning: Create and execute a strategic plan, managing all business results and ROI. This includes daily sales activities, new account acquisition, customer retention, sales growth, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop trusted relationships with physicians and accounts. Educate them on our products, identify strategic opportunities, and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Product and Market Knowledge: Learn Natera products, services, processes, policies, internal teams, and competitor’s offerings. Understand the payer/reimbursement landscape.
  • Sales Achievement: Meet sales objectives by driving new patient acquisition, user engagement, and account growth. Collaborate with the Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (ACOS) and internal stakeholders to manage order renewals, solve Missing Information (MI), and manage revenue and expenses.
  • KOL Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in partnership with the Medical team.
  • Strategic Opportunities: Identify and drive business opportunities and partnerships with academic and community cancer centers, clinics, and hospitals. Work with key stakeholders to develop care pathways, establish institutional partnerships, and secure EMR integrations.
  • Business Planning: Develop a comprehensive business plan to gain and retain clients, aligning with national goals and organizational values.
  • Sales Strategies: Execute sales strategies and tactics, implement sales and marketing plans, and capitalize on pull-through opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of proven success in Gynecologic Oncology, Medical Oncology, Surgical, Pathology, or Laboratory sales, with documented results.
  • Knowledge of the targeted GYN Oncology/Oncology market, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine and reimbursement.
  • Ability to perform overnight travel.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:


  • Duties are typically performed in a medical office or hospital setting.
  • Requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
  • Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
  • 75% travel required.

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount, providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.On-target earnings (OTE) $200,000—$225,000 USD
