As our
Lead Generation Enrichment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our data hygiene and prospecting efforts by ensuring our Salesforce information is up to date and correct. You will work autonomously to source and update prospect information. You are naturally curious and detail oriented to ensure the integrity of our data is kept at the forefront.In this role you will:You will work closely with the Business Development team to build lists in Sales Navigator to track prospect details and update accordingly.  You will leverage several contact data tools to source and update prospect information across key accounts.

You will keep Salesforce data as up to date as possible & actively share updates on new prospects & champion role changes.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand data enrichment needs, ensuring alignment with account prioritization
  • Develop and maintain effective list segmentation strategies, utilizing relevant criteria to enhance targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Utilize automation tools and data enrichment platforms to streamline and automate list enrichment processes, maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data issues promptly, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address any challenges or discrepancies.

Your responsibilities will fall into two main areas:

  • Maintain and update prospect and customer information within Salesforce
  • Track role and contact information detail changes & update within Salesforce
  • How your time will be spent:

    • 70% of your time will be spent updating prospect information in Salesforce accounts
    • 30% of your time will be spent tracking job changes for past Customers, Users & Prospects that have engaged with Alida and passing to the Business Development team

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
    • You are comfortable with technology and tooling, a quick learner
    • You can demonstrate a strong attention to detail
    • Can follow direction with little oversight
    • Are self-motivated to achieve daily targets and stay accountable to effort required
    • Experience with sales prospecting tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, 6sense, RocketReach) and Salesforce a bonus
