Team Overview:
We’re growing a team of business development individuals focused on signing financial advisor partnerships. The team reports into our marketing organization and works closely with the product team and senior leadership.
Position Overview:
At Masterworks, we help investors allocate a portion (usually less than 5% initially) of their portfolio to blue chip art. To help with the remainder of the investors’ portfolios (such as stocks, bonds, and other investments), we connect them with 3rd party financial advisors in exchange for a referral fee.Masterworks is seeking a driven and outgoing account manager to play a crucial role in maintaining long-term partnerships.Our ideal candidate is experienced with CRMs, negotiation, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new partners to our advisor portal
- Coaching partners on their outreach strategies
- Coordinating with our membership team to maximize the quality of our referrals
- Assisting team members with contract negotiations and coordinating with compliance
- Maintaining our records in our internal Admin, Hubspot CRM, and Google Drive
- Strengthening relationships with our financial advisor partners through regular check-ins and support
- Contributing ideas to daily meetings
Requirements and Preferred Skill Sets:
- 1+ year of experience in CX or customer service a plus
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Excel, and CRMs
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or similar disciplines preferred
- Experience and understanding of the RIA space is preferred
Measurement of Success within 60 days:
- Establish a support relationship with all active advisor partners
- Maintain and update CRM properties, account information, and contracts
- Appropriately field all inquiries, objections, and requests from advisor partners

How does Masterworks think about compensation?
The compensation range for the role is $60-80k (inclusive only of base salary and exclusive of other competitive benefits). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
