Role Overview: Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer with Vector DB Experience
- Leverage advanced data science techniques to extract insights and build predictive models.
- Utilize expertise in vector databases to enhance data retrieval and analysis processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and solve complex business problems.
- Design and implement robust data models and pipelines.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and analysis from diverse sources using vector databases.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models in a production environment.
- Work with big data frameworks and cloud platforms to streamline data operations.
- Visualize data insights using modern tools to support decision-making.
- Continuously update and improve data processes and methodologies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related role, with demonstrable experience with vector databases.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings succinctly and effectively.
