POSITION SUMMARY:


  • Supports the development and execution of product marketing plans that will drive the appropriate product mix into the market and advance therapy growth, and will include global product positioning, pricing, promotion and distribution plans.
  • Participate to strategies that drive marketing objectives throughout the product life cycle from idea through development, launch, operation and expansion of product.
  • Support planning and execution of activities mainly oriented in identifying key users' needs in the segment to drive and capture market development opportunities and new product development.
  • Supports the regions in maximizing the value of in-market CORCYM assets.
  • Develop and execute the Corporate Communication strategy, especially for external facing (website, social media, newsletter), in collaboration with the HR partner responsible for the internal communication.

Drive management of the products under their responsability (launch, end of life, etc)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:


  • Support the Global Strategic Marketing team in the development of a strategic plan and its translation into an annual global marketing plan.
  • Develop relationships with Sales and Marketing personnel across all geographies and strongly support them in the execution of local Marketing programs, launches and initiatives to overcome barriers and support CORCYM growth
  • Deliver monthly calls with regional counterparts to ensure an aligned approach to value creation for marketing CORCYM assets
  • Develop sales and marketing collaterals and tools to increase sales force effectiveness
  • In collaboration with Med Affairs, capture relevant scientific facts and package them into a cohesive communication model for customers and sales personnel.
  • Monitor market trends, track competitors' products and put strategies in place to highlight potential threat and promote the growth of the CORCYM portfolio.
  • Support preparation and execution of the launch of new products/solutions/assets.
  • Support the Business Development activities with technical support and coordinating Voice of Customers activities
  • In collaboration with the Global Strategic Marketing Team and HR develop and execute external brand communication strategy and work with the CORCYM lead to develop and maintain consistent brand guidelines for promoted products and build brand equity globally
  • Track brand adoption in alignment with branding guidelines
  • Keep global core claims matrices up to date working closely with Med Aff and Market Access
  • Support organization of the training program and creation/update of related materials strictly collaborating with Med Affairs and cross-checking needs from Regions
  • Act as trainer is his/her area of competence

EDUCATION:


Engineer or Master degree background with Marketing/Business/Management skills and medical device environment knowledge.EXPERIENCE:Ideally 3-4 years of experience in a medical device company.
