Position SummaryThe Campaign Specialist will oversee end-to-end campaign strategies, from conception to analysis, spanning both digital marketing and event management domains. Their responsibilities include leading the creation and execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, testing, and workflow optimization. Additionally, they manage event strategy and all lead generation activities, ensuring seamless integration with overall marketing initiatives. With a deep understanding of email marketing trends and best practices, they will collaborate across departments to maintain cohesive messaging and drive engagement.

Their role embodies a comprehensive approach to marketing, encompassing campaign planning, lead generation, and strategic analysis, all aimed at maximizing ROI and achieving organizational objectives.Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign strategies, focusing on execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of email and digital marketing campaigns, emphasizing segmentation, testing, and workflow optimization.
  • Manage all aspects of lead generation activities with a focus on moving contacts through their lifecycle stage.
  • Design and implement comprehensive nurture campaigns across Centre’s main solutions.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain cohesive messaging and drive engagement, leveraging a deep understanding of email marketing trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate campaign planning and strategic analysis to maximize ROI and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Manage day to day CRM operations through HubSpot to ensure clean and operational database for all marketing activities.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, preferably in a B2B and/or technology environment.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

  • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
  • Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds) may be required.
