REGENT is building the seaglider; the first electric flying machine that will transport commercial passengers. We are looking for someone technically capable and affluent with data-driven projects but experienced in applying those skills to big-picture needs. This position offers a rare opportunity to tackle diverse strategic and operational challenges while directly influencing product development and business strategy.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies, business models and identify innovative revenue streams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategic planning and decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, business development, manufacturing, finance, marketing) to drive critical initiatives
- Lead short-term, high-impact projects, provide insights for leadership decisions, and execute high-impact analyses
- Create visualizations and build econometric models to inform strategic recommendations and support manufacturing, fleet deployment, infrastructure, and logistics
- Participate in the design of onboard and onshore products to improve customer and passenger experiences

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education in economics, business, finance, engineering, mathematics, or a related field

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Python (or similar programming languages)
- Experience working with data, creating visualizations, and applying statistical concepts
- Strong communication skills, able to present complex ideas effectively

- Interest in aviation, maritime, electric mobility, manufacturing, or sustainability
- Detail-oriented with excellent judgment and careful planning
- Flexibility, adaptability, and resourcefulness in solving challenging problems
- Experience in fleet modeling, strategic roadmap development, and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of electric vehicle operations and limitations, business strategy, and industry trends (aviation, maritime, other transportation solutions)
- Project management and organizational skills with demonstrated leadership experience
