This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering innovative products that expand and strengthen the Uphold ecosystem.As part of our team, you will work closely with Business Partners to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable product requirements. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team including Engineering, Business, and InfoSec to ensure the seamless execution and delivery of top-tier solutions that meet market needs.The Enterprise Business at Uphold offers a diverse range of products, including APIs, Wallets, and Topper.

Your primary goal will be to enable our business partners to thrive by providing them with solutions that empower their ecosystems and drive success in their respective markets.What you’ll be doing primarily:

  • Acting as the user-advocate during the whole product development life-cycle, subjecting early-stage designs to expert review, and offering suggestions from a user-centered perspective.
  • Providing input and feedback on issues relating to the products, contributing towards product strategy and vision.
  • Writing comprehensive documentation for the different products with specifications and user stories, assuring the readability and accessibility across all departments in the company.
  • Collaborating with leaders of multidisciplinary teams to execute on business objectives, defining how features will contribute to the roadmap.
  • Gathering and evaluating users’ feedback, ideas, and opinions.
  • Continuously researching and learning about the users, market, competitors and similar products.

Required qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B and B2B/C product management, with a track record of successful product launches.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience working in Product Management and or proven experience in a similar consumer-focused field of work.
  • Very strong communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working in an agile methodology.
  • Knowledge on how to conduct user interviews and gather feedback directly from customers.
  • Fluent written and oral English skills.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with technical integrations.
  • Ability to dive deep into technical issues, troubleshoot, and work closely with engineering teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and their integration into product ecosystems.
