Guild Associates, Inc. is looking for a Paralegal, Contracts to join our team in our Dublin office.The ideal candidate will have excellent time-management and communication skills which will enable him/her to collaborate well with various employees and leaders within the company.Key Position Functions
- Administers contracts including reviewing customer agreements, advising management and project leads of risk exposure and negotiating directly with customers. This position works closely with the Manager of Contracts and Continuous Improvement and external legal representation.
- Communicates directly with customers, sales team and project managers to ensure Company contracts are administered in accordance with company policy and procedure.
- Ensures all legal documents are fully and properly executed.
- Serves as initial point of contact to satisfy customer insurance information requests. Provides guidance to team members and customers regarding insurance coverage types and limits that are in place. Reviews subcontractor insurance to confirm compliance with Company requirements.
- Provides support for Company’s annual insurance renewal process.
- Serves as the initial point of contact regarding requests for payment and performance bonds, road bonds, and licensing bonds as required and collaborates with bonding agent to satisfy needs timely.
Skills Requirements
- Three to five years’ experience preferred as a Contract Administrator or Paralegal. Government experience is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to comprehend proposals and contracts.
- Comfortable providing counsel, guidance and direction to stakeholders with authority and confidence.
