Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Technologistwith at least 5 years of relevant experience to join our innovative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation with expertise in building, maintaining, and optimizing robust and scalable technology solutions. This role requires proficiency in core engineering disciplines such as software development, systems architecture, automation, and data management, along with the capability to independently tackle complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure technology solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
- Participate actively in the full engineering lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to deployment, ensuring adherence to high standards of quality and performance.
- Lead initiatives in Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, emphasizing continuous improvement in workflows and processes.
- Independently address and resolve complex technical challenges, driving enhancements in system reliability and functionality.
- Produce detailed technical documentation that supports architecture, system design, and maintenance practices.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation within the team.
- Oversee critical technical projects and major system upgrades, ensuring the integrity, security, and availability of systems and data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with business objectives and drive technology-driven decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience with one or more programming languages such asPython, Java, JavaScript, or SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of database management systems, software development frameworks, or cloud services.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and their application in technical projects.
- Leadership skills with experience managing complex technical projects and aligning them with strategic business goals.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, capable of leading engineering teams and collaborating effectively across various departments.
- Analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable technology solutions.
