Through our unrivaled network of more than 2,000 connected 3PLs and a suite of integrated, cloud-native warehouse, order, and inventory management platforms we allow modern merchants and brands to fulfill demand anywhere with superior flexibility and scale without painful platform migrations. The Role: As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you are tasked with the responsibility of guiding our customers through the setup of our software, catering to 3PLs and Brands respectively. If you are ready to come to work for one of the fastest-growing companies in the logistics industry, we want to talk to you!  Our team of Implementation Consultants set up and train users from all backgrounds and technical abilities, in warehouses and ecommerce organizations of all types and sizes, with operational structures and workflows that range from simple to complex.  Enabling our customers to successfully migrate to our software is our highest priority to ensure completion of the project.This high-performing team is quickly expanding and looking for people who take personal pride in helping others learn new skills and adopt new technology.

If you are the patient, empathetic, and an absolute rock star customers are always raving about – apply!  What You Will Do: The Associate Implementation Consultant will project manage a small to medium portfolio of customer projects at a time.

  • Leverage a consultative approach, and assertively own the implementation experience for each assigned customer  

  • As the primary liaison between Extensiv and the customer, communicate and manage project scope, charter, and risk with internal and external stakeholders 

  • Install best practices to show value within contracted timeline

  • Effectively provide comprehensive product training and configuration for all types of users  

  • Learn, adopt, and service new software features that are developed and released

  • Act as a customer advocate for product function, quality, and usability  

  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience to ensure success within a customer’s first year with Extensiv

  • Maintain 70% billable utilization and effectivelymanage the project’s budget and progress for all ongoing projects 

  • Efficiently complete projectswith an average of 80% on time completion

  • Manage each project’s budget to ensure profitability and proactively collaborate with the customer and Customer Succes Manager to meet the contract requirements

You Bring/Are: 

  • 3+ years’ experience managing SMB SaaS implementation projects and building customer relationships  

  • Strong organization and communication skills that will allow you to hold external and internal partners to deadlines and scope expectations  

  • Independent, self-actuated, self-starter with the ability to effectively and successfully manage high-profile accounts

  • Ability to work in a very fast-paced, constantly evolving, team environment  

  • Ability to travel ~10%  

Bonus Points If You Have: 

  • Working knowledge of warehouse operations, E-Commerce, Order, Inventory, and Warehouse Management Systems and/or Logistics   

  • Salesforce, TaskRay, and Utilization tracking tools are a big bonus!

The salary range for this position is $73,200 -$99,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
