Sr. Digital Media Manager (hybrid)

Digital Media Manager position at Media Works offers a unique opportunity to plan, strategize, and buy all media while also taking part in account management roles. The role is responsible for the strategy research, planning, negotiation, purchase and placement of all media for existing clients. The position can straddle traditional media as well as OTT/CTV, streaming audio/video, and site direct but will primarily focus on digital channels. Additionally, this role is responsible for training and advising media coordinators, working with client teams, and managing workflow/deliverables/execution for each account.Position Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Acts as liaison between media vendors, the client and the agency.
- Keeps strong pulse on new and emerging media changes and provides fresh ideas to grow clients’ business.
- Gathers, organizes & presents competitive and industry research as well as preparing market analysis.
- Determines best use of multi-platform media mix including traditional, digital/social media outlets to best meet clients goals and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day tasks associated with stewarding client-approved media plans.
- Collaborate with your team to build out strategic media plans that best meet client goals and objectives through multi-platform plans inclusive of traditional, digital, and social.
- Lead internal and external client meetings including presentations, reporting, and strategy sessions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
- Has in-depth knowledge & understanding of various digital platforms and SEM.
- Understands digital performance metrics/ KPIs measurement.
- Compiles digital media into digital planning documents.
- Media execution project management, including management of asset tracking/trafficking, team delegation, process control and adherence, and quality control monitoring.
- Works with internal team members to develop monthly performance reports and make ongoing performance optimization, strategy improvement, and best practice recommendations.
- Resolves billing discrepancies as needed
- Provides an energy level that brings new and exciting ideas to the overall media strategy
