The Jewelry & Watch Sales Associate position requires excellent personal communication skills, a desire to work in an exclusive luxury environment, a base knowledge of luxury goods (including jewelry and watches), and the technical skills to operate our internal systems. The 1916 Company is looking to add a driven professional who aims to succeed in a luxury environment while delivering the best experience to our clientele.Major Duties & Responsibilities:• Guiding clients through their journey of purchasing jewelry and watches • Merchandising the showroom.
• Communicating with clients in-person, over the phone, or via email.• Providing an exceptional client experience in a luxury environment.• Collaboratively work within a team environment to provide elevated customer service to our clients. Qualifications/ Skills:• At least 2 years of previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry and watch repair; luxury hospitality environment; or luxury automobile dealerships• Strong interpersonal skills • General knowledge, or interest, of jewelry and watches.• Must be able to multi-task while still providing exceptional customer service.
