This role oversees the daily marketing operations tasks that are essential to the business, including campaign and contact management. This candidate will assist in developing, measuring, optimizing, and scaling our current marketing processes to accelerate growth and maximize results.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the process of capturing, nurturing, and qualifying contacts. This candidate will support the back-end of marketing contact management (form capture, automation, routing, alerts, etc), ensuring that the highest quality contacts are addressed promptly and that no contacts are overlooked.
- Support in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Execute and manage email campaigns by building, testing, and sending emails while ensuring accurate segmentation and timely delivery.
- Clean and upload event lists, ensuring that contacts are accurately assigned and segmented.
- Partner with Revenue Operations (RevOps) and our SDR team to ensure continuity of processes and a frictionless hand-off between Marketing (Pardot) and Sales/Partner teams (Salesforce.com).
- Serve as a steward of our Marketing Data, ensuring data quality, data compliance, and data governance.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Minimum 3 years of B2B marketing experience with 2+ in marketing technology and operations.
- Familiarity with modern B2B marketing automation suites and hands-on experience with one or more of the market leaders (Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc.), ideally with a concentration in Pardot and Salesforce.
- Experience collaborating on cross-departmental projects.
- A self-starter who is capable of independently executing initiatives and working with external resources.
- Hands-on experience in analyzing and working directly with data.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.
- Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, or other marketing automation tools is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
