- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges. Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations
- Perform standard and customized data analysis to support stakeholder needs/requests
- Provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables, predict outcomes and make strategic decisions
- Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for Teckro and provide support across multiple departments within the organization
- Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms
- Continually assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions
- Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support
- Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action
- Act as a leader within the Growth team, supporting colleagues with knowledge sharing, as well as providing support and guidance when delegating activities
- Any additional duties as defined and agreed with line manager
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements andproposing solutions
- Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCPguidelines
- Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies,applications
- Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s).
- Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, requiring superior skills in criticalthinking, influencing, and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel when needed
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree an advantage
- 4+ years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space
- Experience working for Teckro or other life science technology company preferred
