Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of professionals in providing support services to assist United States Coast Guard (USCG) Director of Contracting and Procurement (CG-91) with contracting tasks including cradle-to-grave support, data migration, reporting, mandated financial and procurement processes, contract file management, support services to assist with FPDS-NG, USCG Contract Writing Systems, and IPP for the Contracting & Procurement (C&P) enterprise at various locations throughout the USCG.
This position is based in Washington, D.C. with a hybrid work schedule anticipating two (2) days on-site per week. ***Expected Start date October 15, 2024***
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide leadership and oversight to a team executing Contract Support Services and Contract Closeout Support services consisting of contracting and finance professionals.
- Provide External Contracting systems support, file inventory control, office support, and contract writing, invoicing, and data repository system support.
- Serve as a liaison between the client and the company to ensure compliance with standards and policies.
- Ensure contract deliverables are completed and submitted to customer while maintaining technical accuracy, quality, and in accordance with USCG policies. Deliverables will be across task support areas such as contract closeout, funds management, invoice administration, and system reporting.
- Ensure team performance across functional areas is delivered withing quality standards.
- Anticipate and resolve performance issues to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Six (6) years of successful supervisory experience in managing day-to-day contract operations.
- DAWIA Level I to III desirable
- PMP or other PM certification desirable
- Intermediate skill level with MS Excel.
- Ability to develop, manage, and refine process flows to ensure submission of timely and accurate deliverables.
- Excellent verbal and written communications.
