We are looking for a top-tier Account Executive at an AI Infrastructure or Cybersecurity company to join CalypsoAI as one of our early Account Executives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, a deep understanding of the trends in the AI, LLM and Cybersecurity markets, and experience being a part of a high-performance sales team. LLMs are enabling a platform shift in Enterprise Software similar to previous platform shifts of Cloud and SaaS. Just as Cloud and SaaS adoption led to the rise of cybersecurity behemoths such as Palo Alto, Crowdstrike, Zscaler etc. AI and LLM adoption necessitates the need for new Cybersecurity solutions to protect against AI driven thread vectors. CalypsoAI is at the forefront of this market. Your Responsibilities:
As one of our early Account Executives, you will collaborate with the Executive Team and team members across Product, Engineering, Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Finance and Partnerships in presenting CalypsoAI’s vision to enterprises
You will win new business and drive revenue for CalypsoAI. You will find your way to the right people at prospective customers, educate them about the need for LLM Security, and help them succeed with CalypsoAI. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from first outbound to launch
You will design and execute innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue quotas. Analyze market landscapes, trends, and dynamics to translate high-level plans into targeted sales activities, partnerships, and campaigns
You will spearhead market expansion by pinpointing new customer segments and use cases. Collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate our offerings and sustain a competitive edge
You will collaborate with the product teams, inform our product roadmaps and features by gathering customer feedback and conveying market needs. You will provide insights that strengthen our value proposition and enhance the customer experience
You will continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practices. Identify process improvements that optimize sales productivity and consistency
Your Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of enterprise and/or emerging enterprise sales experience at an AI Infrastructure or Cybersecurity company, driving adoption of emerging technologies with a consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach.
You have been on the ground floor of a high-performance sales organization, where you have played a role in scaling the organization from 0 to 1 and 1 to 10
You have a track record of managing complex sales cycles and securing strategic deals by understanding multifaceted technical requirements and crafting tailored solutions
You have demonstrated ability to navigate dynamic stakeholder ecosystems, building consensus and providing innovative solutions to disparate groups
You have extensive experience negotiating complex, customized commercial agreements with multiple stakeholders
You can showcase your experience exceeding revenue targets in fast-paced organizations by effectively managing an evolving pipeline and sales process
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to present confidently and build connections across all customer levels, from ICs to C-level executives
You have a knack for bringing order to chaos and an enthusiastic “roll up your sleeves'' mentality. You are a true team player
You have a strategic, analytical approach to assessing markets combined with creative, tactical execution to capture opportunities
You have a passion for and/or experience in the AI Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity markets. You feel strongly about ensuring frontier AI systems are developed safely
