Senior Commercial Counsel

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of commercial contracts including Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Service Level Agreements, Orders Forms, and NDAs.
- Negotiate against Fortune 100 companies
- Conduct products and marketing reviews.
- Work closely with sales to draft contracts for incoming customers
- Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance team and cross-functional business teams.
What You Will Bring:
- Licensed attorney in New York, or ability to obtain in-house corporate counsel registration.
- 6+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SAAS and other commercial software and technology agreements in-house or with a nationally recognized law firm
- Experience in negotiating for or against multinational large corporations in the technology area
- Experience analyzing risks of contractual terms related to certain technology
- Experience in intellectual property and data privacy is preferred.

- Strong passion for learning about our products and markets through in-house and external training.
The anticipated salary range for this role is $165,000 - $175,000 plus company bonus and stock options. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, geo-location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
